To a friend...

I wrote this a little while ago when I had nothing to do lol so decided to post it:

Through highs and lows you are the
voice that gets me through the day.
Best friends till the end
and never will that fade.
Without your smile I begin to cry
with your hand you wipe my tears dry.
It was your hands that always pulled me
out of the darkest of pits.
It was your laughter that always made my
frowns turn into smiles.
As the years progress our friendship will
continue strong and true.
You have always caught me when I fall
and when your near me I am standing tall.
No one makes me laugh as much as you do
and I know in my heart
your name is engraved...
as the bestest and truest friend
who completes the missing parts of
me.
